2. When installing any new OS, you should always make back-ups just in case. It shouldn’t but it’s possible.
Nope. Use the upgrade option, and you’ll be fine if you’re upgrading from OSX. If you’re still running classic, then you’ll need to do a clean install, but I’m pretty sure that none of the Macs that shipped with classic will run leopard.
It’s always good to do a backup, but if you do lose all of your iTunes songs you can redownload them all for free.
